Assistant Project Manager—Eitel Wade, LLC (no longer in business), Temecula, CA—1997 to 1999 Assisted in the management of numerous new self-storage construction projects worth over $15 million, to include bidding out projects, contract negotiations, scheduling, and budgeting.
United States Air Force—Bioenvironmental Engineering Specialist—1983 to 1987
Conducted industrial workplace surveys to ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, NIOSH, and military regulations with regard to usage of chemicals, radioactive isotopes, PPE, ventilation, and noise.
