T-Mobile LTE installs, Use of Anritsu sweep gear and ODM fiber, In charge of a four man crew being sure that we stay on schedule with installations and deadlines given to us by the customer. Going through and taking final photos and uploading them into Dropbox for customer.

AT&T LTE install, Use of Kaelus PIM gear, use of JDSU fiber and sweep gear, running a crew of four to five people being sure site ran smoothly and was punch free and complete before deadline.

Went over what was going to be done each day at sites. Called into the NOC to log in and out of sites. Troubleshoot sites when needed. I kept track of times for each guy on my crew and gave daily updates to project manager and customer. We did T mobile LTE installs along with the full modernization. Also have done the sprint decoms.

Started as top hand running the tower top. Installed tubing for future use at Football stadium, did AT&T UMTS upgrades. Moved to foreman and started doing T mobile LTE and modernization upgrades

Hand,  Diverse Construction
Started as a hand working alongside the top hand on the tower. I did Verizon upgrades, 6 lines 6 antennas. Routed coax and dressed in jumpers. Hung below booms to weatherproof antennas, cut in grounds, laced and mounted hosting grips. Dressed in lines to shelter. Did a lot of tickets during slow times of going to sites replacing all the grounds that were stolen, including cad welding and barreling or completely redoing ground kits.

Stacked monopoles at schools in West Texas for their wireless Internet. Hung and pathed in dishes, 2-6'. Ran LMR 400 from junction box to dishes. Ran LMR 400 from radios inside through the roof to junction box. Upgraded radios on dishes from previous installs.
