NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR II (Contract Position) Citibank, Georgetown, TX 2012 – 2013
Provide technical support in the installation, maintenance and removal of end-of-life data center equipment. Experienced in Data Center structured fiber and copper cabling, trouble ticket software, adept hardware trouble shooting skills, with a proven ability to meet critical timelines in a rapidly changing environment. Due to confidentiality agreements unable to list equipment used, processes or any other proprietary information.

Initially hired as a Network Systems Administrator, then promoted to the senior position. Provide complex analytical, technical and administrative support in the planning, design and installation of voice & data circuits on the SONET network(backbone of Austin Energy’s critical communications system).
