Responsibilities
My responsibilities for every company I've operated for have always been the same: Before anything, I write
out my JSA, read, and discuss job-scope with everyone who will be involved during morning safety meeting.
Once on deck, I perform my pre-use inspection, which involves inspecting, servicing and maintaining crane to
ensure crane can is safe to operate. And as always it is my first priority to operate crane safely and effeciently,
ensuring my Co-workers safety as well as my own.

Accomplishments
When I was hired on with Dynamic Ind. I had never been offshore before. But with a lot of hard work and
dedication, I was sent to get my Crane certification within five months. After only eight months I was promoted
to rigger foreman as well. At one point i was even offered a superintendent position. Which looking back maybe
I should have taken. But I have no regrets. I appreciate everything that everyone at Dynamic taught me, but
Ill always be proud to be a crane operator...
