As Lead Technician of a 4-5 man team for the CVS/SV4(Target to CVS Pharmacy conversion) I was tasked with ensuring the installation of Thin Clients (Zotoc ZBox), Peripherals, Printers, fax, telephones. That connections were correctly patched through from the patch panel to the appropriate switch, Telephones cross connections corresponds with the correct extension and perform VM Host configuration on the servers. Advanced to Trainer where I travel to various locations to train leads and their teams in the procedures required to perform the above mentioned tasks appropriately and in a timely manner.

As a contractor through By Light Technical Services and part of an installation team responsible for the installation of voice, data, fiber optic cable and a variety of other related network equipment installation and troubleshooting support. Responsible for reading, interpreting and providing redlines related engineering drawings and design packages.
