Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, drawings, to perform proper and safe maintenance, according to company OSHA regulations.

Perform maintenance and inspection, analyze test, measure, repair, trace out system and pipelines to perform full overhauls on assemblies or subassemblies of ST-80, Mud Pumps, Draw works, Steam system and/or other various valves, actuators and other oilfield drilling components and equipment.

Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, drawings, and safety regulations.

Perform scheduled maintenance on various engines, hydraulic systems, pipelines, pumps, valves, actuators, and gauges such as cleaning, lubricating, repair and replace as needed to components, while recording daily logs and maintenance report forms.
Diagnose and identify malfunctions, using computerized tools and equipment.

Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn parts, such as bearings, pistons, and gears.

Overhaul and test major components, such as engines, hydraulics, pressure gauges, pumps and electrical systems.

Disassemble and reassemble heavy equipment and components.

Travel to worksites to repair large equipment, such as cranes, dozers, Humvees, and other field equipment.
