I would like to apply for the advertised post of Deployment Supervisor I (Tower Foreman) listed on Ericsson Field Services Job Portal. I am currently employed with OSC Telecoms Uruguay, where I am in charge of leading, supervising and participating in the work performed by tower crew members for the technical development and implementation of structures and equipment in the mobile phone networks and telecommunications engineering fields. I am relied upon for inspecting and monitoring work areas to ensure safety, lead and supervise works on site according to project plans and scope of work, perform site master and equipment for failure detection and testing, troubleshooting and documenting and report advances during workday, eventualities and costs related to the project. I have experience as tower climber on several kind of structures such as guyed towers, lattice towers, monopole towers, water towers, stealth towers and rooftops. I firmly believe that my knowledge and experience gained as an experienced Telecommunication Engineer will add value to this position and ultimately your organization.

I have also worked with SITCOM S.A.S as tower team leader where I performed numerous duties such as installations, maintenance, upgrades, swaps and configurations of cellular radio and antennas within expansion projects in Colombia. I have also experience in administrative area as quality engineer for Claro SA. Colombia in which I was leader of a team in charge of inspect and conduct work site audits of installations performed by service suppliers.
