Plans, schedules and coordinates the installation, rearrangement, and de-installation of computer hardware or application software supporting enterprise-wide strategic business processes. I have full understand and working knowledge of the following Data Center infrastructure and support systems. Building and Data Center floor cooling systems from air handlers and water tower support systems.
I know both power sources A/C and D/C for different types of equipment in the Data Center as well as UPS system. I have knowledge with generator for backup power. Can be involved in vendor/contractor management in the Data Center. I also had responsible for data center physical security, disaster recovery procedures, asset protection, and inventory control, and facility support activities in support of ongoing operation of the facility. Responsible for yearly asset accreditation of equipment.

Supervise Systems Technician that work in Official Company Services (OCS) and E-911 for the San Francisco Bay Area and the North Coast of California. OCS does the company LAN/ WAN and phone systems. I also have working knowledge of the E-911 systems or PASP locations. I work with many different organizations within SBC and at&t. I deal with many different areas of security and business protocol. I pre-field and order equipment for large projects. I have a working knowledge of LAN equipment and IP environment. I work with project managers and coordinate the outside work force on different jobs. I understand and work with different designs and application equipment. I have help plan and set the standards for OCS. I have an understanding of all hands and power tools, also test equipment for different applications. I assigned and monitor all work assignment and also evaluate the technician work performance. I have working knowledge of many computer programs as word processing and spreadsheets (MS word, MS excel, power point). I also work with WFA, sord, and tirk. I also maintain my crew’s attendance record. I have complete understanding of G.O. 95 and company safety standards. As an O.C.S. and E-911 Manager I have a working knowledge of many different departments and am willing to work to build relation in many different area of the company. I am self-motivated and am multi-tasking.
