Green Belt Certified MNRC Transport Group is responsible for working with the East/West MNRC Surveillance Groups, Field Operations, RF Engineering, and Local/Independent Exchange Carriers to provide daily/proactive maintenance, testing, and escalation of all DS0, T1, T3, and DS3’s.(ALCATEL-LUCENT (LTE,UMTS,NOKIA,GSM,GPRS,) Give continual callout/update assistance 24x7 throughout the National Network. MNRC Transport Group utilizes CTS Ticketing System to obtain ticket information, Granite/XNG to obtain circuit path/DACS information, NetAnalyst to remotely test circuit, Facilities Provider E-Bonding systems, if available, to request further circuit testing/obtain LEC ticketing /Ticket in Q number/update/escalation/denial of fix, and BERT to record each task. MNRC Transport is responsible to perform these tasks a timely and professional manner.
Supports Field Work Group (FWG) and MNRC technology specific trouble clearing work activities.
Help resolved mobile software/hardware/upgrade software issues
Provides assistance on technical problems referred by technicians and field personnel, where normal methods are inadequate or unavailable. Serves as Tier I contact for clearing customer service roadblocks, if possible, or with the assistance of ATS.
SQL Server (working with end users)
Basic dashboard fundamentals and SQL's relational concepts.
Maintaining end to end knowledge of exist Technologies/service.(GGSN,SGSN,
MSC,SMSC/MMSC)
Provides on-site technical support for local loop technicians having problems in solving troubles or problems with the OSS.
Also supports the RAN in the resolution of T1 type alarms that are over 30 days old or disconnected.
Porting Carrier switch using SMG for porting.
Works with MNRC supervision on various issues within the MNRC. Also works closely with the local OS System Administrator(s) to refine alarm processes and handling of alarm indications.
Works with the MNRC Staff Support Specialist on Interface agreements and any other activity that may be needed to support this supporting cast. Customer service problems/interruptions such as trouble analysis/VLR/HLR
Assisting Field Tech to Identify the area of the issue using a Sniffer.
Billing system: account information/Security Fraud.
