QUALIFICATIONS

Current position as Operations Manager at Neotech Products, Inc. A medical company which specializes in the manufacturing of neonatal products. Play a key role in managing all Production, Assembly, Clean Room, Shipping and Receiving, Quality Assurance, purchasing as well as all facility responsibilities.

Management: In charge of 25 Employees, responsible for conducting annual reviews, hiring and terminating as needed as well as promoting, rewarding or disciplining employees.

Facility Responsibilities: In charge of all construction projects for the building. Responsible for Janitorial, Gardening, Alarm System, Heating and Air, Electrical, Pest Control, Plumbing, Roofing Services and all other required facility functions.

Purchasing: Responsible for purchasing all raw materials for product inventory, packaging materials, office supplies, vending machine goods, and all purchasing needs for the company.

Inventory: $1.8 Million Inventory on hand. Responsible for assuring sufficient inventory in stock to fulfill all Domestic and International orders. Conduct quarterly inventories and cycle counts at year end.

Vendors: Maintain solid relationships with vendors by conducting yearly audits as well as qualification of new vendors.

Also works in conjunction with Vice President, COO and Regulatory Affairs Mgr with ISO Certification, Document Control, Operations Procedures as well as New Product Development. Promoted to Warehouse Supervisor within first year of employment and became Operations Manager during second year with company.
