I have many years of Project/Construction Management experience in civil, including 16 years within the Wireless Telecommunications field. My management experience includes all customer relations, design, estimating, budgeting, project scheduling, value engineering, analyzing problems or issues, developing solutions, troubleshooting, P&L Margins, personnel issues and enforcing OSHA guidelines. I have worked as a Construction Manager on projects of 300+ sites that were 90% new builds such as self-support towers, monopoles, guide and stealth in the Southeast market. Other talents include site location planning, permitting, evaluating projected building locations, site acquisition, project tracking, and scheduling. I am also adept with performing the sweep-test, pim-test, and fiber-test. I have worked hard starting from the bottom in a company to management.
