This current position requires managing the ATT FTTCS build out for the Mississippi market. Field and office
management is required to support and meet ATT schedules. Other responsibilities include tracking NTP issue
dates, start/completion dates and informing cell site owners of construction dates.
Goodman Networks (Arkansas / Oklahoma) — Construction Manager, 8/16/10 to 3/1/11
Working directly with Project Manager’s to ensure deadlines are made, maintain project budget guidelines and
build sites to market quality standards. This position requires supervision of multiple General Contractors,
site material management, material pick-up scheduling and inventory. Performing site walks, ordering
additional materials scoped during the site walk and maintaining safety on sites is a daily effort. Additional
managerial responsibilities include NTP 0/1, ND-51, JCN and weekly conference calls with ATT Managers / Project
Managers for sites being construction complete and quality updates.

EXCEL WIRELESS SOLUTIONS (Arkansas , Oklahoma, Boca Raton, FL & Kentucky) — Tower Division
Manager/ Project Manager, 8/08 to 8/10
Hired by EWS to oversee day to day operations, project management and construction supervision for the
Arkansas/Oklahoma market. Started turf UMTS project with Goodman Networks fulfilling UMTS upgrades, new site
builds and BAU. This position included opening the tower division’s doors, performing site walks, job bidding with
turf pricing drivers, and tracking company operating costs/budget solutions. EWS now works in several states for
multiple contractors and wireless carriers.

WIRELESS WERKS USA, INC. (Little Rock, AR.) — Project Manager, 1/07 to 8/08
Brought on to assist Sr. project manager. Supervised and managed various UMTS projects while learning turf
operations. Performed field construction management of crews and internal ND-51 audits for closeout packages.

C.E.S. TEAM ONE COMMUNICATIONS INC. (Pensacola, FL.) — Field Supervisor , 2/05 to 1/07
Worked with crews to provide wireless clients with co-locations, raw land/turn key sites, and tower lighting
troubleshooting. Performed cabinet installations, certified sweep testing, maintenance and inspections for
Nextel/Sprint. Implemented training of new hires.

Independent Contractor/Project Manager – (Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa, Arkansas), 2/00 to 1/05
Owner/Operator of Site King Communications inc. Fulfilled 300 site third party audit obligation to Telecorp (AT&T)
for the 2000’-2002’ build out in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Built Site King Communications for Line and antenna
installation crews, am/fm broadcast maintenance and tower inspections/mapping.

Doty-Moore Tower Services – TEAM LEADER -- Cedar Hill, Texas – 6/97 to 11/99
National T.V. antenna installations and removal. Led a team of 2 man crews performing tower inspections,
mapping and maintenance. Involved with elevator repairs reaching heights of 1900’.

Working for Turf companies including Goodman Networks, Mastec, Bechtel, Black & Veatch and Nsoro who have
changed the game causing vendors to adapt to a new way of doing business. Turf projects have helped me
become more corporate oriented and organized in a specific way. I learned to implement new quality standards,
and follow set procedures for starting and finishing projects.
Project Management / Construction Management
After accepting the opportunity to open a tower division for a cabinet and company I have now been involved with
everything that makes a company run. Seeing the books, managing the projects, learning turf, performing all
close-out packages and seeing this company adapt has prepared me for another challenge.
