I never feel I ask anything of someone that I would not do myself In any aspect of my life or carrier, I am quick to rise to most all task presented before me , retaining newly learn information has always come pretty easy to me . I have in jobs not only in this industry but other found myself in lead or foramen position fairly quickly. I have through experience found I have strong naturel leader ability.

I have a total of 4+ years in the wireless tower industry. My experience ranges from two-man tiger teams and four-man construction / integrations crews. I have been to Comtrian for the advance climber class and as a instructor. I feel that I am proficient from shelter to tower top. I am also a very strong learner, I know your time ,like mine is very important there for I was try to preform making strong decisions that move jobs, task ,and projects in a productive and proficient direction I will always try weather any task presented before me to the best of my abilities .

: I have done new site builds {LNA}, Boom and platform installations, and replacements. LNA experience is in Verizon AWS-PCS technology’s and LTE installations. I am also skilled in shelter configurations for AT&T In accordance with their industry standards, I have spent a great deal of time doing Sprint build's as well as a good deal of time doing alarm shooting for sprint and its components, I know how to Fiber test as well as acquire the results from such testing, compile that information and draft it into a close out proper for summation. I am able to draft up daily reports, JHA. I have done T-Mobile Co-Locate for 3G and 4G LTE.
