Superintendent at International Market Place in Waikiki

I completed the build out of a couple of high end retail stores. As well as several Starbucks in Waikiki.

2009 – 2015

Field Superintendent

As a traveling field superintendent, I over seen and coordinated all phases of construction activities related to space alternations and ground up buildings for big box retail stores.

Organized and supervised the overall construction from bid to completion.

Responsibilities included review of blue prints and analysis of project, Preparation of construction documents, bidding negations, sub-contractor selection, material perching and scheduling, building code compliance, schedule and lead safety meetings, permits and obtaining the C of O and quality control.

I worked in all 48 states and in some states like California, Arizona and Nevada I built the first store of the chain.

2005 – 2008

Field Project Manager

As a traveling field P M I over seen and coordinated all phases of construction activities related to space alterations in high in retail stores.

Planed, organized and managed the overall construction project from bid to completion.

Responsibilities included. Design and blue print review, analysis of project site, Preparation of construction documents, bidding negotiations, sub-contractor selection, material perching and scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, safety, quality control, C of O.

1998 – 2004

Field Superintendent

I worked for a local Vegas contractor as a superintendent and field P M where I was in charge of all their strip projects.

I oversee managed and coordinated multiply projects in WYNN, Forum Shops, Mandalay Bay, and the Bellagio.

1987 – 1998

Forman - Superintendent

I was employed through the Hawaii Carpenters Union as a project Forman and superintendent. I worked on several high rise projects in the down town Honolulu area.
