Daily site activity and crew time sheets on Excel template, also close out packages to include photo logs, site
information sheets, QAF's and Crown Castle photos when applicable. Prior to this 4 months of AT&T LTE
installs in Kansas City Market with the same company doing all the above plus wiring the squid and daisy
chaining the jumpers and ret cables. I have also done Verizon site audits leading to their LTE antenna drop and
swaps and extensive stacking of 200 ft or less self supports and monopoles. I also have experience climbing
and painting towers. I have been through ComTrain, OSHA, CPR/First Aid and RF training courses through
my previous employers and have a current ODM Certification.
