Full site construction from concrete/ fence work to assembly of the Remote Radio Units and
Antennas as well as the decommissioning of old sites to be replaced. Used heavy equipment
on a regular basis .i.e. capstans, aerial lifts, wire spool jacks etc. Responsible for keeping track
of all hours worked and where in addition to keeping at constant line of communication with
upper management.

Worked on various structures at various heights ranging from 90 feet to 450 feet, from Guyed
Towers to Self-Supporters and Monopoles. Responsible for auditing a region in the span of four
states: Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and North Carolina with a crew member and a fleet
vehicle. Worked in the wind, rain and whatever else to get the job done. Audits were conducted
over AT&T sites and inspections included overseeing 200 items from the ground all the way up
the towers for different applications such as LTE install and 2nd Carrier LTE install as well as
