TexCom- Febuary 2014 to December 2014

Started in Feb of 2014 Ran a two man Tiger Team for Sprint LTE. Very capable with RBS Manager and Puty. Very Familiar with Troubleshooting Sprint LTE. We started building 6500mhz sites. Taking down the old radios and putting a new radio in its place.In charge of putting in the reports for my team and keeping up with day to day activities as required by the position.

REASON FOR LEAVING-

The owner closed shop. I really enjoyed working for this company. I have absolutely nothing bad to say.

 

ACS- January 2013- January 2014

I worked for advanced cellular solutions for a year. I was a foreman in charge of running the crew. We didn’t have insurance and everything was 1099. Im looking to work for someone with insurance. I used my own truck and all my own equipment(cathead, ropes, carabiners, blocks, etc..)

TCE- July 2012 – Dec 2012

Got hired on as a crew lead. Did 22 sites all across the nation for GoGo. Wireless internet for Airplanes. Changing out 12 antennas and realigning them using the Azmuith Tool. I got a good raise for the quick completion of these sites. I quit due to the safety aspect. I was in charge of a 4 man crew. Only one of them new English. I spent 5 months on the road and they tried to give me just 4 days off. I quit due to those reasons. But I was given a raise and I was ahead of scheduld on every project I was given.

Baran Telecom- Feb 2012 – July 2012

Got hired on as a regular hand. Proved my worth .Was promoted in less than a month. I was doing Umts Upgrades in Minnesota. They gave me a big raise. I just was not comfortable working there.

Diverse construction:October 2010- October 2011

Got hired on as a regular hand. Proved my worth time and time again. Was promoted to foreman in four months.They call me by my middle name which is Benny. I quit due to the fact they do not pay per diem when we work in town. I live in Edinburg, Tx which is 10 hrs south so it did not work out. Was too expensive for me to work there.

Duties perfomed: shooting azmuiths for antennas, connectorizing 1 5/8 coax. Flying booms and installing lines. Downtilts, supports etc..Installing surge arrestors and grounds. Paperwork which is not limited to and includes: safety paperwork, log books, timesheets, Daily’s and other miscellaneous paperwork as required.

EAST-TEX TOWER October 2009- July 2010

Reason For Leaving: personal reasons. Cut back hours, lack of work. Spent an eight week tour out averaging a twenty to thirty hours a week. Felt I could find a better opportunity to work somewhere else.

Duties Performed: Mostly microwave work, Installing dishes, Tie- back steel, Path Alignment, Running transit, Plumb and tension. Running and bending of elipitcal waveguide. Calibrating The sweep gear and testing RSl with load, Dtf with Load, System, and labeling each site accordingly.

Advanced Tower Service- June 2009 to October2009

Reason For Leaving: Company is Based Out of Albuquerque, NM and does not pay per diem or the hotel expenses when in town. Does not reimburse for the hotel either. 85% of the work is in town and they don’t work the weekends. They are very good people, but I do not want to relocate to Albuquerque and its hard working out of state with this company.

Duties Performed: Some Broadcast work. Climbing up to 1000’ ft. Installing and troubleshooting Flash Lighting Systems. Stacking Guyed Towers with Gin Pole. Demolishing Self Support Tower With Boom Truck. Installed Media Flow Site inside a Monople. Lines and Antennas

Reason For Leaving: Lack of Work

Duties Performed: Lines and Antennas, Mostly Verizon Work, Microwave work, Working with the Gin Pole to Stack Guyed Towers, Rigging the Gin Pole. Guy wire changeouts and plumb and tension.Maintenance work.Troubleshooting Lines and antennas.Demolishing 400ft Tower with Gin Pole.Demolishing Old antennas and Microwave Dishes.

Reason For Leaving: Co-Worker Fatality

Duties Performed: Rigging, Stackin with crane, Cellular work, Ran lines and Antennas, Microwave work, Pre- Path Alignment with path boxes and Path alignment with radios. Civil work includes building mats for foundations of Self Support Towers. Cadwelding and Grounding.Downtilts and Maintenance work for antennas.

Vertical Structures- Jan 4, 2006 thru December 8, 2007

Reason For leaving: More money elsewhere

Duties Performed: Rigging, Structural Upgrades, Structural Modifications, Guy Wire Change outs, Plumb and Tension. Hoisting materials with the Cathead (capstan), Stacking With Crane, Knowledge of all Work Related knots, Tower Mapping, Running winch. Civil work on reinforcing anchors and tower foundations. Building foundations for monopoles and stacking monopoles. Cadwelding and grounding for tower and anchors.

Anritsu Capable: Very capable of sweeping. Experienced with Anritsu D&E model. I was very fortunate to have the privilege of learning on one of the newest models. Most sweeps made were for Verizon.

  • Knowledgeable Rigger ( Skate Lines, Heel Blocks, Rigging Microwave Dishes, Gin pole,

  • Can set up and sweep elliptical waveguide. As well as save and label. Ive swept and tested 10 sites. Can use more experience on the sweep gear but definitely Im capable.
  • Can connectorizeEliptical using the Flaring tool. ( which is expensive and hard to find) or Can do it by hand. Which is basically flaring it by hand. No real difference other than the tool makes your flares perfect so you cant see them when you look inside the connector. Makes it perfect.
  • Have all my own tools to perform whatever tasks needed. I have weighed my toolbox and it is well over 100lbs and I have all my own climbing gear. Including brand new pouches beaners and petzl hardhat.
  • Very Experienced with PIM Gear.
  • Very Experienced with Antenna Alignment tool
  • Very Eperienced with Antenna Alignment Report.
