Pensacola, FL - Program Director
Directed a recurring week-long orientation program which taught federal regulations and governing bodies that dictate local procedures, public health safety protocols, and hospital standards on a routine basis; directly supervised 50 staff members in the process. Coordinated a training program with specialty up to three months for all staff members. Conducted continuous quality assurance and control inspections in addition to routing reports to regional director. Directed a master electronic training system for nearly 3,000 employees that was adopted by the Navy for all Naval Medicine, later spreading to 63,000 personnel.
Charted the development, implementation, and teaching of a project which taught over 80 targeted staff pivotal topics critical to their work to include scope of practice, safety, regulations, and critical occupational knowledge.
Fully responsible for $810,000.00 training materials budget to include inventory and function.

Led 27 staff members in maintaining industrial standards of safety, operational standards, and medical regulations for 2200 staff members. Performed routine medical examinations with recommendations for continued treatment plans. Managed the safety and preservation of all medical and dental records for staff members, conducting annual reviews of each in addition to ensuring annual appointments.
Fully responsible for $360,000.00 medical and pharmaceutical budget to include inventory and function.
Served as both safety and medical supervisor for more than 200 staff members on a weekly basis in medium-threat environments involving explosives and weapon firing.
