Ericsson Tele - Baghdad - January 2012 to November 2015
Responsibilities
i was working with Ericsson company as sites management area manager for middle Euphrates are in Iraq .
actually Ericsson is the operator of the network for zain Tele in Iraq . i was working and all field of GSM being
working as site management area manager and due to that i had to follow up my teams in field and back office
and to check the alarms and ensure to clear the alarms and reduce of the outage of any site to zero down site .

Accomplishments
as i worked before this job in zain Tel being a customer for the operator . i worked this time with Ericsson as
vendor ( operator ) for the network so that i could improve my skills in GSM since i dealt with higher level and
more authority for the network hard wares .

Skills Used
Here , i extended my work to monitor even the drive test for the network beside my original skills in checking
the network status and following up the alarms .

zain tele - Baghdad - February 2006 to December 2011
Responsibilities
Gain Tel , is the one of biggest telecommunication company in Iraq and middle east . i was working as a team
leader in both installation and maintenance the network and all field ( microwave , power , BSS ,) and doing
most of the activities related to daily task suck as MOP and regular task concerning the network expansion
and developing .

Accomplishments
as i explained before my daily job was to ensure that the network is doing well during the day and night within
all the weather circumstances and crisis time .

Skills Used
this kind of job need to be fully aware to ensure the call setup reported perfectly .

IT Specialist
private sector / self bussiness - Baghdad - May 2005 to March 2010
Responsibilities
i did that job for my self as own business , i use to set up network for US army camp in Iraq .

Accomplishments
i have a lots of contracts to do at that time , i i had to to make sure that all the network that i installed are
working properly and there is no problem that make my costumer complain.

Skills Used
i improved my skills in IT fields in all methods .

translator and cultural adviser with US army in iraq .

Accomplishments
i was doing this hard job because i put on my responsibility to advise and translate for military companies
when we are in field .

Skills Used
i have improved my skill in both literary translation and word by word translation from Arabic to English and
vise versa .

At that time , mercy corps has just started her programme in Iraq being NGO agency , my job was to follow
up with my assessment teams in the fields .

Accomplishments
beside my job as admin assisstant i also work as procurment and logistic since they did not have one to do
these titles .

i improved my skills in general relations , and governmental relation , also my skills in administration was
getting improved gradually .
