Worked on the mentoring program; part of a 12 week program which guides brand new technicians with on the field training right after classroom training and before solo assignments. Trained over 10 technicians, including two supervisors.
Worked on the travel team which traveled to different markets (Houston, TX; Baton Rouge, LA, and Maine) to help struggling markets meet their monthly metrics.

New Jersey State Police Recruit                         April `13 - June`13

The New Jersey State Police is responsible for general police services, general highway and traffic enforcement, statewide investigation and intelligence services, emergency management.
Training consists of mixed defensive tactics, boxing, long distance sprints, daily test, and two hours of studying. Wake up time was 5:30am.Lights out was at 10pm. Partial in control of maintenance of the barracks.

New Jersey Transit Assistant Conductor     Sept `12 - April` 13

Maplewood, NJ
Service 5, 325 sq. miles of NJ, NY, and Philadelphia. Service around 1,000 different customer customers during a single shift. Ensured train followed applicable safety rules and practices; made sure train stayed on schedule.
As an assistant conductor for New Jersey Transit, first priority was safe passage of the passengers, and the crew of the train, followed by checking of monthly and weekly passes and collect daily tickets for revenue for the company. Also worked as rear brake; controls opening of doors, cleared platforms, go ahead to next stop Completed 3 intense months of classroom training with a successful passing score of over 85%.
