Consistently ran the most professional and sought after crew at the company. Trained and educated crew
members and other crew leads on safety, efficiency, and testing procedures. Helped to organize and streamline
the compiling of tests, documents, and photos into close out packages for submission.
Trained myself and anyone working under me in all aspects of every project given to me. Have made sure to

Proficient in PIM and Sweep testing, troubleshooting, setting RETs, OTDR testing, fiber scoping, setting
azimuths, and industry standards. Have a clear understanding of all technologies, antennas, lines, connectors,

antennas, lines and all associated equipment on tower and ground.

Received tower safety/rescue, OSHA 10, Rigging and Signal, and CPR/First Aid Certifications.
