Description and Responsibilities:
Upgrade AT&T 3G network. Inventory material check to ensure correct material for the site. Work included: build new mounts, height verification according to site work sheet, ascending towers to remove, add or reuse, antennas (quad port or dual port), remove, add or reuse tower mounted amplifier (quad port or dual port), run and route RET ensure motors are working, add, remove or reuse ½ to 1 5/8coax, grounding of lines (top, middle and bottom), antennas, and T M A's. Remove and correct color code for lines, secure lines, set/correct down tilts set/correct azimuth for correct orientating sweep/test lines and weather proof connections. Check for alarms, troubleshoot and fix existing problems. Build Ice Bridge, route new line into the shelter, terminate lines. Route and secure new 1/2" coax (cut and terminate to length) to correct cabinets, add new Diplexers, biased T's, install and power up CCU.

Site change over from Suncom to T-Mobile. Work included: supervision of crews including: build antennas, ensure RET motors work, rig tower, remove and replace antennas and tower mounted amplifiers, remove and replace 1/2" coax, set down tilts and correct azimuths for orientation, correct color code, sweep/test lines fix and correct any issues with a line from shelter to antennas (being connectors and biased it's too bad 1/2" coax, antennas or TMA's), remove and add new biased T's. Site cut over. Final inspections of crew work verify height down tilts and orientation from pictures. Ensure site was equal to or better than previous work. Correct any problems. Complete pre-closeout packet. Including sweep/test, site pictures and documentation of material on site and material used. Site maintenance for T-Mobile in Jacksonville, Florida market. Including identifying problem through sweep/testing lines. Anything from bad antennas T M A’s connectors to bad 1/2" coax and biased Ts.
