Managed Operations – Sales, Production, Construction Operations. With code changes in TIA – Rev. G
and implementation of LTE installations. Tower Modification services became a large market. I was
charged with leading design and implementation of this market. $10 Million first year revenue.

Managed Sales, Construction of Communication Tower sites. Extensive hands on production including
building roads, foundation installations, Tower Erection, Primary and secondary power, Grounding,
Grading, etc. Turn-key Construction from concept to close.
2003 – 2007 Glen Martin Engineering ( Tower Manufacturing and Const.) – Operations Manager
2003 was promoted to Operations Manager charged with developing Construction Department. Still
managing sales and construction efforts. Now 200 employees. Voted Employee of the year in 2007 by

service cases to none. 12 Legal to no legal cases in the first year. Reduced backlog of service work from
