Worked as Field Supervisor in the Baltimore/Washington market. Was promoted to Construction Manager in June of 2010. I was given the responsibility of running the Baltimore-Washington market through the Clearwire project, under supervision of my Project Manager out of Pittsburgh. Responsibilities included bidding sites, preparing closeout documents, staffing crews in market, running two in-house and three subcontracted crews, interfacing with clients, and handling numerous other aspects of running the Clearwire project in the BaWa market.

Worked on a 4-man telecom install crew. Work included collocation on various structures including self supporting towers, guyed towers, monopoles and various stealth structures, including mono-pines, stealth screening installation and fabrication, and church steeples.

Worked on the T-Mobile/Ericsson UMTS project in Boston, MA. Built and upgraded cellular antenna sites, including rooftop, monopole, and tower work while climbing, operating manlifts, and performing controlled descents. Skills include climbing, basic rigging, working with CCI, Andrews, and RFS remote electronic downtilt systems, basic sweeping with Anritsu Sitemaster 331D, working with RFS connectors in conjunction with RFS Cellflex, Andrew Heliax and superflex coaxial cables, and RFS antennas. Was also tasked with a number of administrative duties, including interfacing with landlords and customer, meeting with building inspectors, creating closeout packages, and conducting quality assurance audits.
