The company served a major role in the nationwide growth of all forms of telecommunications from remote "AM" radio stations to later expansion of radio to the FM markets then Microwave and then to Analog systems to PCS and GSM from the early years where AT&T was king to the multiple carriers of today. I started in the construction field of RF communications at the age of 12 years, I started "toting" lumber for building concrete forms used in the erection of RF antennae arrays for AM and FM stations.
I began to advance in knowledge and experience thru each summer of work. After High School I then started classes in Construction Science and Architecture with focus on infrastructure planning. After receiving my 1st degree I returned to my family business and quickly began to advance in the management & administration side but, not leaving the field completely behind I stayed in close contact with the field personnel so, that I could maintain a well-rounded knowledge of the changes in the industry.
