11/2013 –6/ 2014 Alliance Management Services VP for construction operations. Responsibilities have been primarily focused on the growth and development of the organization while providing additional resources both in-house and sub-contract resources to support several markets across the SE. 4/2013 – 11/2013 Dynis Tower Solutions Responsible for the start- up of a wireless construction services based company. My responsibility in this role was to guide the company to new business opportunities and build the needed resources to undertake such opportunities. Since undertaking the role we were successful in building a team of 26 in house crews trained and skilled in their expertise across several regional markets additionally supported by 18 sub-contract crews. (A total of 158 in house employees) Quarterly gross revenues have been realized in excess of $8.8 MM for the first quarter in business. My involvement in this organization has brought the resources and business opportunities which eventually led to a purchase of the organization by our competitor. Business opportunities have been focused primarily on AT&T, Sprint and full scale tower modification projects as they relate to specific customer needs. Managed and staffed several in building DAS deployments along with a high profile outdoor DAS deployment for AT&T direct. Responsible for all wireless / wireline leasing, acquisition and operations for Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia.

5/2012 – 3 / 3013 (12/2012 – 3/3013 Contract Employee-1099) Director of North East – Westower Communications. Director of for all operations, financials and business development for an office of 50 people covering a region of PA, MD, NJ and DE. Typical monthly revenues of $650K with a margin of 30%-38% on average. Customer base varies due this being a non-turf office location for the organization. This operation has been a start up since early January 2012. Company made a corporate decision to close the two regional offices under my management due to contractual obligations with AT&T in other markets.

4 / 2011 – 2/2012 Unitek Global- Blue Bell, PA. Eastern Regional V. P. for a small managed services wireless company with an annual budget of $40 MM. The division was able to acquire a portion of the AT&T turf contract in New England market. Under my direction the organization was transformed from an outsourcing platform to a self-performing model which resulted in the increase in market presence in 2 locations while maximizing the overall quality and efficiency with an added contract value in excess of $14.2 MM in the south east. Responsible for the P & L for the east region.

5 / 2010 – 4 / 2011 Mastec Wireless Services, Charlotte, NC. Assumed the position of Division Director for Mastec Wireless Tower Division with an quarterly budget in excess of $55 MM. Under my direction the division grew from 147 employees to 452 with market presence throughout the south east. The division was structured as a self-performance services company that had 142 trained and certified tower personnel. Under my direction and leadership the company successfully completed the largest LTE / UMTS build out for AT&T throughout the Carolinas. Initialized a rollout of the QC / QA program that resulted in review of sub-par markets in an effort to bring those markets into compliance with AT&T at 95% or higher. The company’s financial growth amassed a $67 MM in annual revenue. Under my leadership and guidance the company had the largest trained and readily deployable workforce in North America reinforced with a database of 380 additionally trained and qualified subcontractor resources. Daily deployable workforce utilized autocad for real time red line drawings for ETTC placement, cabinet placement and tower top installations. The organization’s QC / QA modules became the platform from which AT & T’s third party audit teams are devised today. Systematic review and qualification from a QC / QA standpoint of 350 plus vendors – database filed and referenced.

10 / 2009 – 5 / 2010 Henkels & McCoy, Blue Bell PA. Assumed the position of Director of Construction – Operations / Quality Control for the specialty construction division. Company consistently provided services for all major providers across all utility providers on a national footprint. Typical projects ranged from general construction build outs in the commercial / industrial application to telecom sites located on utility structures.

7 / 2009 – 10 / 2009 (Contract Employee-1099 - Smart link) Clearwire, Philadelphia MTA. Assumed the responsibility of managing multiple resources in an effort to achieve the intended launch date projected by the company. Designed a plan to incorporate tiger teams to systematically review every site constructed for quality and performance related issues in an effort to reduce failures and alarms at time of integration. Market launch was a success much to the result of this endeavor while exceeding deliverables set in place by corporate. Provided oversight to multiple SA teams in the final stages of the deployment measures.

7 / 2007 – 6 / 2009 (Contract Employee – 1099) SRP Telecom LLC. Quakertown, PA. President of a small tower development company that acquired build to suit contracts from T-Mobile and several local municipalities for a group of private investors. Company has built and currently manages 21 structures to date. I still hold partial ownership to several of the tower structures.

6/2004 – 6/2007 Director of Wireless Operations – Pennsummit Tubular, Hazleton, PA. Assumed the leadership of the wireless division for a large wireless monopole and electrical transmission company. Responsible for day to day operations of a 3 shift staff of 72 employees each shift, handle all outside sales for the wireless division and established a new business line of structural modification crews encompassing both the wireless and the electrical transmission industries. Under my leadership the wireless division was listed as the leader in the industry for steel monopoles, mono-pines and flag poles.

5 / 2001 - 6 / 2004 Clearshot Communications LLC. Malvern, PA. Director of Co-Location / Operations for a medium sized tower development and managed services company. Company built and acquired 432 vertical assets in its 9 years in business with locations in 8 regions and an operating staff of 83 employees. Under my direction we consistently met the forecasted lease rates and continued to grow the customer base to include T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Cingular and several smaller rural cellular held licenses.

4 / 1999 – 5 / 2001 American Tower Corp., Boston, MA. Regional Director of Operations with responsibilities for central and western PA for the AT&T collocation agreement. Under my direction we successfully completed the removal of AT&T attached hardware on 67 AT&T Long Distance Towers across the eastern Atlantic states.
