I have been in the telecom industry since 2004. Most recently working on At&t 3rd carrier LTE builds Verizon full site builds w./ Air 21, At&t Structural upgrade projects, At&t ACAS maintenance, At&t DAS/Macro site installs and T-Mobile TMA modernization projects. I have worked as a contractor and as an employee for large & small organizations on various projects across 30 states in leadership and crew member positions.

I am Anritsu Sitemaster certified, Kaelus PIM certified, Comtrain Tower Safety & Rescue certified, NSN/T-Mobile BTS installation certified, ND-502 certified, Sprint 65mhz and 2.5ghz certified. I hold current OSHA 10, RF Awareness , 1st Aid, CPR and blood borne pathogen certifications. I have valid Georgia Drivers License with DOT approval. I am experienced in fiber testing with JDSU and ODM fiber test units, familiar with Andrew's ATC lite and Kathrein RET controllers. I have good PC skills, I am familiar most operating systems and office software. I can efficiently complete & submit closeouts, label/re-size/zip photos, process fiber sweep and PIM test results, expense reports, daily reports and time sheets. I am familiar with most carrier and tower company NOCs. I can coordinate with construction managers, project managers, site supervisors and safety coordinators to resolve most any issues. I have the ability and willingness to learn and adapt to changes. Maintaining job site safety comes second to none as the importance of returning home to our families unharmed is top priority.

Design Build Technologies – Woodstock, GA - Lead Field Service Engineer (06/2013 – 12/2013)

At&t LTE and Structural Modifications, At&t LTE projects - LTE installs and alarm clearing, structural upgrades. Install, test and integrate DC power, fiber and RF cables, terminals, antennas, RRU, RET system upgrades. Change out boom, monopole collars, modify booms for LTE equipment loading. Worked on Sprint decommissioning projects.

Future Technologies - Lawrenceville, GA - Lead Field Service Engineer (03/2013 - 06/2013)

T-Mobile installs - LTE installs and alarm clearing, structural upgrades. Installed Nokia Siemens Networks system and radio modules, Ericsson radio equipment, hybrid fiber/power cable, fiber/power terminals on towers and rooftops. Installed Site Support Cabinets, FCOA, Install routers, install and integrate external alarms, installed AC and DC service to system modules and radio modules, rectifiers, batteries, sweep lines, test fiber. Assisted in site commissioning.

Sitemaster - Tulsa, OK – Field Service Engineer (09/2012 - 03/2013)

T-Mobile Nokia Siemens Networks upgrades - LTE, GSM and UMTS. Installed Nokia Siemens system modules, radio modules, fiber, power and RF cable, fiber/power terminals on towers and rooftops. Installed Site Support Cabinets, Flexi cabinets, Installed routers, install and integrate external alarms. Assisted in commissioning of LTE sites. Decommissioned Ericsson BTSs, coax, jumpers and antennas.

Colorado Construction Concepts (CCI) - Denver, NC – Lead Field Technician (12/2011 - 09/2012)

At&t DAS – Distributed antenna system installation and integration. Installing and testing RF, fiber and power cable, antennas and radio equipment in buildings, stadiums and other unique locations. Install ericsson equipment at head in, modified rooms for At&t installs.

Towers Unlimited - Las Vegas, NV. - Top Hand (05/2011 - 11/2011)

At&t 1st Carrier LTE construction and maintenance and structure mods for LTE installations. Install RRUs, antennas, fiber/power cable. Re-configure previous builds with cross sector redundancy.

ESP Technologies - Atlanta, GA - Foreman/Subcontractor (03/2009 - 04/2011)

American Tower mapping & tower inspections, structural analysis and documentation using AUTOCAD tower mapping software. Clearwire new site builds and At&t 3rd & 4th Carrier UMTS builds.

Tower Maintenance Corporation - Nicholls, GA - Top Hand (07/2008 - 01/2009)

Stack guy towers, install lines and antennas, install foundations and anchors, use ginpole to stack guy towers ,bld/maintain antenna systems that control John Deere Farm Tractors assisted steering system. Tower painting and FM broadcast antenna installs. Maintenance on AM and FM towers.

First Tech Communications - Atlanta GA. - Subcontractor (02/2008 - 07/2008)

At&t site audits, At&t decommission projects and Lucent technologies cabinet installations. Inspect UMTS & GSM installations, repair minor issues with installs. Remove lines, antennas, shelters and outdoor cabinets for cingular during the At&t/Cingular merge. Install Lucent technologies radio cabinets and assist Lucent engineers in commissioning sites.

Unlimited Construction - Duluth, Ga. - Tower Hand (02/2007 - 11/2007).

Install lines and antennas, microwave dishes, booms, mounts, hardware, grounding and lighting systems on guyed towers and self support towers and other types of structures. Perform antenna swaps, line replacements. Decommissioned AT&T collocates during Cingular/AT&T merge.
