With over twelve years of experience in the wireless telecommunications construction industry, I have developed a strong expertise in industry standards and construction management. As a construction manager at TSC Construction, I managed multiple crews on a daily basis from site hand off to close out delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. I have supervised and trained many four man crews on site helping them become better climbers prioritizing compliance with industry safety standards. Prior to that, I worked my way up to the Foreman position leading my own crew, where I gained valuable hands on experience in the field building new site builds for almost every major carrier, completing small cell upgrades and perfecting my troubleshooting, testing and maintenance skills which transformed in a passion for building and maintaining quality sites.
