I am a tower technician and a crew lead for sprint CSM and maintenance . I specialize in sprint but have worked with other carriers as well. I have most of my experience from being a tower technician for CSM. I also spent a year building out Network Vision sites for sprint and know the ends and outs of the equipment. I am able to test, troubleshoot and perform any task needed complete any scope of work. Not only am I experienced with the technologies on the tower top but I am also very familiar with the RBS as well. On the day to day I would work directly with Ericsson techs to troubleshoot and clear any alarms that are present on site. I am seeking a position with Ericsson so I can not only contribute the knowledge that I have to offer  but to learn and grow from others and become a high impact associate with such a reputable company.
