    Returned as a Contractor to help closeout the 2014 AT&T Microwave project. Review COPs (Closeout Package) which consist of SOW, review Red line Site drawing, photos for 63 sites. Review PO coverage for each HOP in the Midwest market with the finance team.

    Reviewed over 100 Corrective action items received from the General Contractor Once I approved, I would then upload the close out package to Filenet for AT&T to review. Coordinate General contractor return to site to repaired items from the corrective action list. After Myself and AT&T completed the site audit after the work is completed by GC for the Midwest market in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North/South Dakota and Minnesota. I upload corrective action information to AT&T Swift Trac portal.

    • Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy
    • Act as a safety observer while at the site. By conducting safety meetings with the GC. Ensuring the GC is in compliance with OHSA.
    • Directing full lifecycle construction and related functions of AT&T LTE..
    • Managing and directing General contractors and technical engineers as well as supervising wireless implementation engineers.
    • Ensuring that all agreed Civil or Tower guidelines and schedules are followed and enforced and that only customer-approved materials are installed.
    • Attending coordination and progress meetings and daily conference calls.
