Install all systems of PCS communication. Test for VSWR, Load and DTF. Extensive site

audits and structural analysis documentation. Installed new LTE systems and RRUs for

Goodman Networks/ AT&T. Responsible for site audits, closeout documentation and

crew time. Also did CM duties pertaining to site scheduling, material acquisition and

releasing of sites, to sub‐contractors. Also updated site trackers pertaining to completed

sites and close out documents from sub‐contractors. Handled multiple simultaneous

development projects against strict deadlines. Continuously applied quality improvement

methodologies to improve work process. Documented all aspects of client networks in

preparation for implementing communication systems and associated applications.

Eastex Tower‐ October 2008 to March 2009

Microwave Technician

Contracted out to install microwave systems in a tri‐state area of Louisiana, Texas and

New Mexico. Job consisted of assembling MW HP dishes, installing said MW dishes,

main and diversity and run elliptical cable to dishes. When finished, path align dishes to

ensure a 55mghz for police band signal. Troubleshoot system failure when necessary.

American Tower Corp ‐ May 2007 to October 2008

SRS Tower Svcs. Lead

Maintained and installed lighting systems for company. Extensive use of Excel and Word

on computer. Plotted courses to determine system failure and when maintenance

would be needed. Worked closely with site supervisors to get jobs done efficiently and

quickly. Did crew time and was responsible for weekly logs of sites finished, NTPs and

site scheduling.

Radian Communications ‐ September 2006 to May 2007

Foreman

Sweep tested lines for insertion loss and finalize closeout documents for final billing.

Individual customer contact for engineering and redline drawings for as‐builts and new

construction.

I supervised a 4 man crew and worked with techs for configuration of LMU, CPU and

radios. I was responsible for keeping up with my crews time and turning it in at the end

of each week. Closeout documentation also turned in upon site completion.

Site audits for Cingular and Sprint.

Bechtel Communications ‐ June 2006 to September 2006

Tower Lead & Assistant Foreman, Field ops.

Installed waveguide, elliptical, commscope and LDF cable runs. Antenna change outs

and cutover, sweep testing for VSWR and UMTS Integration.

Built jumpers and connectors for cable.

Installed TMAs and grounding for shelter or radio cabinets.

Plot sweeps and set R.E.T.S. down tilts.

Handled preparation of closeout documents and photo logs for Cingular Wireless.

Did bid walks and site audits also, including punchlists for sites.

Stacked monopoles inside of transmission line towers and install lines and antennas.

Operated the boom truck and winch truck.

Handled all applicable grounds and weather proofing for lines and antennas. Tested

lines for VSWR problems.

AmChel Communications ‐ June 2002 to April 2003

Installed lines and antennas, built and stacked guyed and self support towers and tested

lines for VSWR and insertion loss.

Handled late night hot cutovers in minimal time and changed out sidelights and beacon

lights on broadcast towers.

Installed extra tower support and did site audits for T‐mobile and Cingular.

Did closeout documentation of completed sites and uploaded to server.
