Responsibilities include but are not limited to the safe and competent construction, erection, installation and performance of: New steel(collar/sector mounts)-site specific, new antennas, pre and post PIM testing of new antennas, Squids, RRH’s, TMA’s, new coaxial, fiber, DC, and RET homerun cable; new coaxial, fiber, DC and RET cable jumpers; pre and post testing of homerun(hybrid)fiber and jumpers, new cable support, color code, grounding, weatherproofing; digital plumb/level, tape drop and completion of closeout photos. Removal of existing steel and other equipment some of which include mw dishes, antennas, TMA’s and diplexers.
Construction and erection of new 300’ self support tower. Installation of dipole and omni antennas, stand-offs, stiff-arms and compensator mounts for microwaves.
Removal(from the existing tower) and reinstallation of six microwave dishes, coaxial/elliptical cables, grounding and alignment. Fabrication and erection of four new icebridges, trapeze, grounding and GPS.

Tower Tech/Crew Lead. Porterhouse Communications. Acworth, GA May 2014-January 2015.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the construction, erection, installation and performance of six 300’ self support towers, one 250’ SST, five 200’ monopoles and 1 200’ monopine for the AT&T/American Tower project in the Atlanta Market.
In addition, as a preferred contractor for Sirius XM, we completed a few new site builds during my employment as well as a few structural reinforcements for American Tower.

As a lead installer of Verizon’ AWS system our responsibilities include but are not limited to the safe and competent installation and performance of: New steel(collar/sector mounts)-site specific, new antennas, pre and post PIM testing of new antennas, COVP’s, new coaxial, fiber and DC cables; new coaxial, fiber and DC jumpers, pre and post testing of homerun(hybrid)fiber and jumpers, new cable support, brass tags, grounding, weatherproofing, digital plumb/level, tape drop and completion of closeout photos.
Removal of existing steel and other equipment some of which include antennas, TMA’s, and diplexers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the safe and competent installation and performance of: New steel(collar/sector mounts)-site specific, new antennas, pre and post PIM testing of antennas, Squids, RRH’s, TMA’s, new coaxial, fiber, DC, and RET homerun cable; new coaxial, fiber, DC and RET cable jumpers; pre and post testing of homerun(hybrid) fiber and jumpers, new cable support, color code, grounding, weatherproofing; digital plumb/level, tape drop, and completion of closeout photos. Crew Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installation of new steel, antennas, splitter rack, connectors, and jumpers for DAS System at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Epcot Resorts, in addition to the above listed skills.
Asst. CM responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with pickup and delivery of all new equipment and material. Assist techs with fiber testing and integration. Perform quality control inspection on sub-contractors’ installations on T-Mobile sites in the Miami market.

As an independent sub-contractor, we were able to provide a complete service in all aspects of cell site construction including all tower applications-rawland/new site builds, co-lo’s and rooftops.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the safe and competent construction, erection, installation and performance of: New towers, monopoles/pines; New steel(collars/platforms/sector mounts/compensator pipes/ice canopies/stiff-arms)-site specific, new antennas, new mw dishes, TMA’s, diplexers, odu’s; new twist-flex/elliptical and RET homerun cable, new coaxial and RET cable jumpers, new coaxial and jumper connectors, new cable tray, sleepers, hurricane straps, anchors and wall mounts for rooftop applications; new cable support, testing, alignment, grounding and closeout photos.

Introduction to towers and tower safety, climbing, Comtrain, tower rescue, controlled descent, rigging and knots. Tower and monopole construction and erection training as well as all aspects of cell site construction.
