I was initially hired at Dynacomm to overtake warehouse responsibilities. This included retrieval of equipment from Verizon or T mobile warehouse as well as item pickup from NEW Wave and other local companies, The job required that I create inventory lists of all items received. Any items that were requested but not released would be listed and given to a RF manager. I would identify and shelve equipment until it was ready for the job where I would mark on the list anything taken to the field. I also picked up permits, worked with inspectors and oversaw all equipment/tools in the warehouse.

I began pretesting antenna after job pickups and soon became interested in Sweep/PIM testing. Eventually I was promoted and brought into the field more often to learn basic tower hand work and field testing. I climbed towers and learned weather sealing, raycap installation, and bus bar installs. What first started as simple pre-testing at the shop turned into a real interest for me therefore I completed my sweep and PIM certs in Morgan Hill, Cali to further my knowledge and progress my career as a tester. My next goal is to learn fiber and get certified.

I became competent in PIM, SWEEP, RET config, as well as all test processing and antenna data sheet fulfilment. I can troubleshoot but still need more training before I could call myself an expert. Due to a shortage of employees I also worked basic civil duties, I believe this makes me a well-rounded tech. Dynacomm lost a group of managers including my supervisor, as well as his successor, which made it hard for me to progress in the company

I used the Anritsu S331 sweep master and separate 700/800 Anritsu PIM testers. AWS/PCS were tested on a Kaelus.

Most of my time at paradise pediatrics I worked to resolve unpaid medical bills. I would contact patients to get their account up to date and update current insurance information. I would also contact the insurance companies when a procedure was not covered and usually resolved this issue with a different medical code.

I also worked at the front desk when needed, this involved building patient files, refiling, taking copays, and
updating insurance information.
