My Three Best Qualities

- Safety - It is my number one priority to insure the safety of myself and everyone around me. I accomplish this by following company safety standards, always paying attention to my surroundings, and never rushing my work.

- Responsiblity - I was given great responsibility as a DirecTV Installation Technician. I was responsible for thousands of dollars of equipment and a brand new company vehicle. I never lost or damaged any company equipment. I never had an accident or got a ticket with the company vehicle.

- Dedicated - I am always ready to help my employer and co-workers. When I worked for DirecTV I could show my dedication all the time. I would drive dozens of miles to help a co-worker finish a job so they could get home early to their families. I worked holidays so some of my co-workers could spend the day with their families. I frequently worked late so I could take care of that last customer.

Work History

-DirecTV Satellite Installation Technician: March 2014 - March 2015
- Install DirecTV satellite television systems. I would receive a work order on a company smart phone. Then I would contact the customer and notify them I was on my way. I would then drive a company vehicle to the customer's address and greet the customer. Afterwards I would complete a site survey, inform the customer what I would like to do and if it was okay with them. Then I would install the satellite dish, run the cables, install and program the satellite receivers, then educate the customer on their operation. Finally I would answer any questions and bid the customer a friendly farewell.

- Operate machines in Electronic Assembly. I learned, operated, and trained others on the various machines in Electronic Assembly. I was responsible for setup, operation, and quality control of every machine I operated. The machines would insert chips, LEDs, and other components. Some machines even applied a waterproof coating to the products.
