EXPERIENCE
04/2014 to 02/2015 Tower Technician 1
B&T Group － Holly Springs, Ga
As a Tower Climber/Technician, my responsibilities everyday were to climb the
tower and coordinate with my top hand to complete the tasks and
requirements needed to finish the job. I have assisted in PIM, SWEEP and Fiber
Testing. I was also in charge of Rigging/Derigging every tower we worked on,
along with providing pre/post picture packages. I am experienced doing
Decom work as well. While on top of tower, my duties consisted of running
jumpers, mounting antennas, TMA's, hanging and snapping in coax lines, RET
cables, done cut overs and night cuts, and grounding. I implemented all safety
regulations while climbing and maneuvering around the top of the tower.
08/2015 to Current Top Hand

I stepped up as a leader on my crew and got promoted to a top hand. I am
very experienced in Microwave since I have been with future tech, from 2ft.
dishes all the way up to 10ft. dishes. Very experienced and my best asset is
making punch free sites as a top hand. I have done MW sites for Southern
Linc, Sprint, and T-Mobile and very knowledgeable with all of them. Have
experience in civil work as well with all the company's i have been with. My
goal is to keep moving foward and up as far as I can, and am willing to learn

excelled in my work and learned more. Learning hot to wire up an OVP on tower
top. Experienced mainly in Verizon Wireless 4G LTE upgrade and also Air
Antennas with fiber trunk lines, duplexers and shelter work. I have mounted
fully loaded booms with my top hand and have worked doing boom swaps. I
perform proper color code, weatherproofing, and troubleshooting on tower top.
I'm able to safely fly tools and equipment up/down the tower using a cat
head. Experienced in Site Audits, and New Site Builds (NSB).

completing job orders, piping drain, waste, and vent (DWV), pipe fitting, and
soldering copper pipe for domestic and non-domestic water use, threading and
fitting pipe for natural and propane gas, air and/or water testing all piping for a
air/water tight seal, blocking and pipe supports, trenching, backfilling, and
underground water tie-ins. Skilled in welding, copper, brass, cast iron, ABS, PVC,
Poly pipe, PEX, iron pipe, and stainless steel. Specialized in commercial, new
residential construction, warranty and repair. performed all plumbing duties
with direct supervision and support of a licensed (GA) Journeyman Plumber.
Worked hard to define project deadlines and the processes needed to achieve
on-time completion. Recognized repeatedly for outstanding performance and
compliance. Brazing Medical Gas and Medical Air piping.
