Profile:

I am a commonsense, get it done professional who has been in the
Telecommunication construction industry for the last 18 years. I have an
excellent work ethic that has served me and my past employers well. I am
looking for an employer who will recognize my skills and allow me to
advance myself as well as continue to learn new things.

I am experienced in the operation of Bucket trucks, Back hoes, Hoists,
Forklifts, Capstans, Anritsu, Multimeters, and Ground meggers. I have
expertly handled the repair and reconstruct of towers in Saipan following
their recent devastating typhoon and am known for having completed
22 new cellular site installs on Guam in 45 days with 3 crews of 4 men
each.

I have also installed 160 cellular sites under Docomo pacific between
Guam, Rota and Saipan. I also personally installed two mobile towers.

In the U.S. mainland i have stacked all types of communication/radio
towers including more than 70 nation-wide. And most recently – ON
AUGUST 22, 2016 – I finished stacking a 430 Foot Tall Guy Tower for
Sorenson

I was responsible for all activity conducted by personnel in the field as
directed by the Infrastructure Manager. Assuring the crews understand
the plan for any given project. Assuring that all necessary tools,
materials, and safety equipment are on site and serviceable. Any
difficulties my supervisor may have on site are addressed by me first.

As Assistant Infrastructure Manager, I completed 22 new cellular site
installs, on Guam.

I completed 40 new sites in 72 days with the same resources.

My duties during this project were to complete 43 new cellular phones
sites in North Carolina and Texas. My duties included: ensuring the
proper safety equipment and materials were available on site, managing
subcontractors, responsible for two in house crews as well as subs,
evaluating bids for all areas of site construction, and all the logistics
involved in on the road build outs.

Guam Roofing LLC

Guam Roofing LLC was a company I had personal interest in of 50%.

While this company was called Guam Roofing, roofing was not the only
thing we did. More specifically I ran one side of the business which
consisted of wirelesss telecom site installations. During this period of time
I constructed 41 WCDMA sites for GTA.

MicroTowers

With MicroTowers I also owned 50% of the company shares. With
MicroTowers I erected 4 self support towers in Palau, a guyed tower for
broadcast telecommunications in Guam, two way radio installations for
the military, 6 cellular sites for IConnect, 12 sites for Motorola and
maintenance for GTA.

Procomm was a telecomm construction company. We performed work
all over the world for several different entities. The work consisted of:
Tower erection, Turn key site construction, AM/FM, Microwave,

We performed work for: Western Wireless, Voicestream, T-Mobile,
AT&T, Raytheon, Nextel, and many others.
