Duties included radio maintenance and upkeep, planning installing and operating microwave radios in a field environment. Communication
Developed and implemented a 5 year information equipment upgrade to increase communications capabilities to the7500 personnel with a cost savings of over $1,500,000 to the US Government, ensuring that all new programs were coordinated with country representatives for purposes of emergency operations center.
