Key responsibility is leading infrastructure related projects on the behalf of the business including net new infrastructure commissioning activities and enterprise application management. Datacenter migrations and decommissioning as it related to software and infrastructure was also a key responsibility, with 70% of all work being focused on infrastructure project management and 30% on enterprise applications.
Responsible for bulk of Infrastructure Program as such it was common to manage 4-5 projects in the infrastructure stack with multiple project managers and engineers.

Lead Windows Platform Consultant – Developed a process for consolidating and migrating directed platforms from four remote sites into two newly-built data centers. This included step-by-step planning and issue mitigation in relation to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established by the bank and presented data to IT staff and bank stakeholders. Generated reports reflecting expectations during the migration process. Solution had a cost savings of over $2 million in man hours and equipment and limited outages during the migration process.
