Worked with CT Greenbank to make Posigen a cash flow positive company, always creating the fastest and most efficient process from sales to installation. Analyzed and designed (w/ a full SSAR) every lead with Aurora to make sure projects were feasible for solar and met the required TSRF (Design Factor) and yield.

Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager/Construction Manager

Managed over 250 residential solar projects from start to finish

Salesforce, Google Drive/Sheets/Calendar, all Microsoft Office Software, Powerclerk, Solmetrics, and Bright Path (design and proposal software)

Manage CT Greenbank, Eversource, and UI applications, permitting, zoning, design, customer calls, site audits, and energy audits.

As built true-ups, redesigns, re-inspections, and any other post install issue. Put out fires 24/7. Get the crews out by 7:15 am every morning for efficiency after a tool box talk on Wednesday’s. Ran 8 crews every day, along with scheduling, checking plans, site photos, 3LD, (etc.) for issues with jobs. Set up inspections, upload FIC’s, CGB Inspection Forms, and install photos after every job finishes, sign off on payroll, make job packets, boost metrics: kW/hr, overall kW, QA, ESO NPS, overtime metrics, headcount, while disciplining employees with PIP’s or CAN’s, and termination.

Layout and Install entire solar panel array. Route all DC wire and splice connections. Take photos, complete closeout reports, and safety meetings. Measure and inspect roof planes, electrical systems and conduct sun/shade analysis. Upload all inspections utilizing Workforce, BOX, Xora. Make schedules, manage jobs, while inspecting 4 to 5 houses a day.

Create detailed drawings, sharing reports with the design team: 1 day turn around. Communicate site details with the design team for installation.

Tower Climber/ Tower Technician

6/1/2011 – 12/1/2014

Comtrain Certified Tower Climber and Rescuer in the U.S. (expires 2017).

Installed antennas, radios, coax, ran all wiring, electrical, and weather proofing for At&t, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular.

Maintenance, upgrades, full builds, beef ups, trouble shooting, and tower builds.

Photos, paper work, and all finalized project information was managed by myself.
