These positions allowed me to hone my strong communication and organizational abilities while working alone or within a team environment. I continuously performed beyond expectations on both projects and ultimately was promoted within three years from General Labor to Safety Manager and onto Assistant Supervisor of a $150,000,000 luxury, high rise condominium project.

Accomplishments:

• Promoted to Assistant Supervisor - Managed weekly MEP city building inspections which were passed first time. Managed and compiled a very detailed subcontractor punch out list, which was completed on time and well within quality guidelines. Total cooperation from all subcontractors involved was gained through creating strong working relationships.
• Promoted to Safety Manager - There were no job site injuries, The Bella Vista project was ranked 1st out of eight local projects for safety compliance as per OSHA statistic
