As Production Control Coordinator at Brand FX Body Company, I am responsible for the safety and productivity of all production control team members. Additionally, I manage production control methods including but not limited to production planning and scheduling.

-Ensure the production team follows security and safety policies
-Supervise team members in their assigned duties
-Release shop orders to production
-Coordinate with department managers / supervisors to assist them with prioritizing and planning production activities
-Evaluate system performance and actively recommend improvements to increase efficiency
-Monitor the execution of shop orders and adjust work center schedules to meet deadlines

-Support the Engineering and Production departments by ensuring that all engineering change notices are communicated effectively to all involved in the production process
-Accurate creation of bills of materials for all new products in development in conjunction with engineering drawings
-Utilize MRP software (TCM - Workwise v9.4) to distribute engineering drawings to the production floor
-Establish sound shop floor routings for all fabricated piece parts
-Developed and implemented a method enabling the Engineering Manager to accurately track productivity of the department in terms of models and drawings completed by each employee

-Maintain good customer relations through both personal contact and training of all in-store personnel
-Responsible for control of inventory shrinkage
-All bookkeeping and accounting at store level of sales, inventory, cash controls, bank deposits
-Keep store well stocked and merchandised
-Ensure physical store cleanliness, appearance, and equipment to company specifications
-Responsible for two or more employees.
-Responsible for all disciplinary actions, including hiring and firing
-Responsible for planning, scheduling, and distributing of store personnel workload
-Responsible for training of all store employees in areas of job performance and safety
