leadership, ceaseless efforts, and dedication to duty were instrumental to the success of Joint Base Charleston, SC and over 60 mission partners supporting operations world wide. A recognized expert, he performed 846 hours of airfield herbicide application ensuring the mission success of 52 C-17s valued at 11 billion dollars. His expertise proved vital during an 80 hour weed abatement operation spanning 32 miles of railway. His efforts secured essential railway security and preserved rail integrity, eliminating delays to Army Strategic Logistic Activity Charleston operations. He served as the sole military Pest Management Technician while deployed to Manas Air Force Base, Kyrgyzstan in support of Operation Enduring freedom, He diligently maintained a base wide rodent control program, in which he monitored 90 billion dollar infrastructure and
the health and welfare of 173,000 transient forces.

Dedicating countless work-hours, SrA Renfro abated invasive weed growth on 3.2 million square yards of active airfield. His selfless efforts were essential to maintaining 100 percent mission capability for
57 C-17s valued at 12.3 billion dollars. He performed flawlessly as a quality assurance evaluator for a vital termite prevention application contract for a new 9,000 square foot facility which enabled the on - time completion of a 3.4 million dollar facility construction project. Renfro's superior mission knowledge contributed immensely to the flight's success during the 2009 Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Compliance Assessment and Management Program Inspection. His attention to detail and pursuit of excellence yielded the section's lowest total findings ever, with zero significant discrepancies and four positive findings overall.
