2013 –2015 Formulations Technician Scotts Miracle Grow – Pearl, MS
Transferring raw materials/products as needed, making sure all tankage, piping, and valves are accurate, managing waste and raw material inventory in SAP, accurately blending numerous chemicals per product formula to meet production line filling needs, entering product work orders into data base. Active member of the safety committee, and first responder team member, calculating batch sizes to meet production requirements.
2013 –2013 Lead Operator - Contractor Temp Staff - Brookhaven, MS
Supervise contractors, coordinating work assignments and communicating the company’s expectation for each assignment. Conduct contractor’s performance evaluations, assist supervisor with rescheduling assignments when under staffed to meet production goals. Operate track mobile to position and reposition rail cars, ensure all seals and labels are correct on out bound material, inspect material to make sure it meets quality standards.
2010 –2012 Shear Operator Kinder Morgan – Blytheville, AR
Operated shear to fabricate metal to specified dimensions, trained new employees on job safety procedures, and prevented maintenance on equipment, was a member of the safety committee, completed all equipment inspections.
2009 – 2010 Assembler - Contractor Temp Plus – Blytheville, AR
Utilized Mig welding, hand and power tools to assemble, test hydraulic and electrical lift tables. Use blueprints and schematics to assemble units, deburr and clean weld burns to meet quality expectations, recorded data in computer system, work with little to no supervision, installed and test electrical wiring on each unit assembled.

Inspected and repaired electronic components to correct defects of hand held scanners, maintained digital electronic systems, tested systems and cable assemblies, interpreted schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders.
