Geek Squad Double Agent

Initially hired as an inventory specialist I maintained the warehouse and focused on shipping and receiving. I also managed merchandising and stock of the store shelves. I started training in home-theater installations in October of 2005 and became an agent. I received my own truck in 2006 and am responsible for maintaining my vehicle, and keeping it stocked with products for up sales. My daily routine starts with pre-calls consisting of 48 hours, and day-of appointments. Daily appointments consist of TV mountings, home-audio integration, remote programming, and network set-ups. My main focus above all is to communicate with the customer and fulfill their technology wants and needs while maximizing company revenue.
