Disassemble Ram Blowout Preventers, Manifolds and other drilling system (Surface and Sub-Sea). Clean, inspect, assemble, and disassemble components and seals of Ram Blowout Preventer, Manifolds and other drilling systems tools for customer as per documents and Cameron procedures, Organize all disassemble parts for work flow.

Place all seals and assemble Ram Blowout Preventer bonnets and other drilling system products per engineer print. Install Test flanges, Test fittings for hydrostatic pressure testing.

Operate High Pressure Unit and monitor test charts (Hydraulic, open body, open/close position of rams) and Troubleshoot any problem or failure that may occur during testing.

After successful testing of B.O.P. prep bop for paint i.e. cleaning and protecting all areas marked for non coating by engineering, Cameron and customer instructions.

Sand blast and coat B.O.P. as per Cameron spec and customer instruction.
