Standard SCE/ECS Planner II duties include meeting with client representatives, jurisdiction
representatives, home owners and HOAs, defining client’s goals and requirements. Conducting
job walks with clients and jurisdiction representatives. Confirming existing poles would pass industry standards and making needed corrections for code compliance.
Engineering project to meet all Local, State and Federal Standards, including GO 95 and JPA procedure. Inspecting project during construction to ensure codes where met. Managing project so client’s goals are met while maintaining SCE’s standards and profits.

Manage all phases of project from client relations, bidding and presentation of proposals, tracking project from start up to completion. Completed major projects for Level(3) Communications in Southern California region as the Project/Construction Manager, including both OSP and ISP requirements. CES was a major contractor for Verizon and Verizon Wireless. I worked on several major projects with Verizon and Verizon Wireless conducting aerial engineering, pole inspections (including high fire zone inspection) as well as project management and construction inspection. Worked on Verizon FTTP project as OSP engineer and designer. Project Manager for TWC for all phases from conception to activation. I was tutored by Lupe Hernandez concerning JPA practices.
