Responsibilities 
Complete a comprehensive pre Job Hazard Assessment form to identify any potential hazards specific to each job site, daily. I was responsible for troubleshooting Service Affecting failures on Sprints CDMA, LTE and 2.5 telecommunications systems. Completed two jobs each day, while maintaining 100% compliance with OSHA standards and company policy. Maintained above average Driver Score within the company and no moving violations while often driving up to 200 miles a day.  
 
Accomplishments 
While leading a two man team, together we completed over 200 ticket assignments in my 6 months of employment. I completed all closeout packages, and invoicing for all tickets completed.  
 
Skills Used 
Teamwork is the most necessary skill set to perform well in a team environment. 
Problem Solving: In order to determine the exact problem in an advanced system of technology, one needs great problem solving skills. 
Leadership: for a team to maintain a healthy working environment, and success great leadership is an absolute must. 
Communication: When navigating 3rd party vendors and separate internal personnel to accomplish our daily tasks. My communication skills have grown exponentially.

Tower Technician

Responsibilities 
Completed a Job Safety analysis form daily. This form is used to identify any potential job safety hazards. In charge of full installation and migration of 4G-LTE wireless systems for Sprint and AT&T. Climbed up to 1,000 ft. cellular towers. While maintaining 100% of the OSHA safety regulations.  
 
Accomplishments 
I was responsible for Leading a team of 4 or 5 individuals daily for 2 years. 
My team successfully installed and migrated over 175 Sprint 4G-LTE sites over an 18 month period. 
 
Skills Used 
Leadership was the most necessary of skills for a Crew Lead position on a daily basis. 
Teamwork was also a very important skill needed to accomplish the goals set forth for myself, and my crew. 
I used problem solving on a daily basis. Often multiple times daily to avoid potential problematic situations. 
A general but thorough knowledge of physics and it's role in complex mechanisms used for tower rigging and hoisting.

Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities 
I was responsible for the requisitioning and inventory of thousands of supplies on board the USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71 daily. 
I was responsible for the maintenance and general cosmetic worth of a work area that spanned over 7 levels of the ship. 
Most importantly, I was attached to S-1. The division of supply on board that was responsible for any supplies needed or maintained by the ships personnel. Therefore assuming great responsibility for the ship's daily Operation Readiness. 
 
Accomplishments 
I personally requisitioned, and controlled over $1,000,000 of supplies on board over a 7 month period of deployment. 
Performed weekly inventory on over 30 different "stores" on board. Exceeding 100,000 different types of supplies. 
 
Skills Used 
In the military bearing can never be over stated. Remaining calm and maintaining an ability to think and solve problems during times of great stress or strain is a skill that became second nature. 
Teamwork is a vital skill to every sailor. I used this skill on a daily basis. 
Though I never achieved a rank deserving of mass respect or leadership. I showed leadership among my peers and those of lower rank constantly.
