safety publications, personal protective equipment, incentives, rights and benefits, and
advantages of a Safety as Safety Program Advisor. Counsel personnel on all facets of risk
management, including assignments, long term health, retirement, and survivor benefits as
Safety Petty Officer. Perform training and command assessment including conflict management;
inspections, investigations, and reports as Command Managed Equal Opportunity Manager.

Coordinate and conduct regional, subordinate, embarked or tenant command development

to Hawaii.

Trained, advised and planned 250 extraction points on all regulations relating to land navigation
development, global positioning maps, programs, benefits and fire team transition. Personally
created the physical fitness challenge to ensure all personnel were sufficient shape and mentally
prepared for challenging situations in their career resulting in better informed personnel and a
well-organized command team. Personal efforts resulted in more than 60 Career Missions, 19
qualified pace counters, 22 fleet reserve sailor’s qualifications, and 4 deployment extensions

perishable food items for the Second Harvest Food Group. Organized Christmas Wish Tree
program for homeless children at Guam's Group Home and collected over 115 toy and clothing

Year, 2005
