February 2011 – January 26th 2016. Tower Crew Foreman. Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting cellular tower sites for Mastec, Goodman and Nexius. Structures include guy towers, smoke stacks, self-supporters, water towers, mono poles and roof tops. Traveling from site to site for up to 6 weeks at a time, organizing and supervising the day to day operations of a 5 man crew. Responsible for maintaining the company vehicle, trailer and equipment, all safety/climbing gear, conducting daily safety meetings, ordering site materials, uploading daily reports and site docs. My experience does include the use of crane, helicopter, JLG boom lifts and Capstan/cathead when needed for installs.
