- Operations / Project Manager. Successfully directed and managed various Nortel Networks projects on three continents up to the events of September 11, 2001. Assumed responsibility for budgetary guidelines for over 20 Million Dollars in inventory and expenditures.
- Executed plans, installation milestones, company contract deliverables. Monitored all field progress and status reports, schedules, transportation and handling cost. Managed and coordinated the decommissioning and removal of antiquated equipment from wireless cell sites and switch locations, as a result of my efforts in locating vendors for these materials. Secured over $ 1 Million Dollars plus in secured bids for Nortel Networks
- Managed field operations, deployment and installation of central office switches, GSM/TDMA/ CDMA/AMP wireless cell site hardware and other telecommunication infrastructure from conception to contract close out. Managed a variety of operational support functions and disciplines, support meetings, staffing plans and presentations, coordinated and interacted with all project managers, engineers, supervisors and OEM vendors to resolve all installation, engineering and manufacturing problem
